Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to join our growing EdTech team as a Sales Counsellor. If you're passionate about education, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for converting leads into learners, this role is for you.

Role: Junior Sales Counsellor

Location: Mumbai (Suburban) – Remote/ Hybrid

Experience:
2 to 3 year in
Educational courses Selling
&
Counselling

Qualification: Graduate / under Graduate with excellent verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Highly target oriented and proven track record of achieving sales target and revenue for business
  • Handle inbound/ outbound calls to counsel prospects for career transitions.
  • Understand learner needs, pitch the right course, objection handling, and close the sales.
  • Maintain regular updates on prospect followups, sending required details over call/ WhatsApp
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for counselling and sales
  • Basic skills of MS office, updating crm software
