Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Career Counsellor
to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of higher education programs, and a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths. If you have a background in sales, edtech, or education counselling, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on higher education programs and career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges to generate leads.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective students, understand their needs, and recommend suitable programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales through personalized counselling.
  • Stay updated on academic trends, programs, and market insights to provide informed guidance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive enrolments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Edtech experience preferred
  • Strong network or prior contacts with colleges and schools preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets
  • Strong understanding of higher education programs and counselling techniques
  • Customer-focused with strong listening and personalization abilities
  • Skilled in objection handling and closing deals
  • Good time management and lead prioritization skills
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated to meet targets
  • Proficient in CRM tools for lead management
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
