Job description
Overview: As the Regional Sales Head specializing in Channel Sales-GT,HORECA and MT, you will lead and manage the sales operations across Delhi NCR focusing on both B2C and B2B sales channels, including distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue generation across B2C, B2B, and distributor channels. Analyses market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales tactics.
2. Channel Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of multiple sales channels, including business-to-business (B2B), and distributor networks. Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets, implement FFA, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate customers, retail partners, and distributor. Understand their business needs, address inquiries promptly, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports to track progress against targets. Monitor key sales indicators, such as revenue, margins, and market share, and identify areas for improvement. Present regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
6. Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers, expand market reach, and grow the sales pipeline. Identify potential growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and onboard new channel partners and dealers to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
