Role :
- As an ASM for State Delhi, the Role demands strong leadership skills and Strong networking across the state and skill to lead the team with strong data management and Demonstrative leadership, a market proximity action which is the need of the hour for the Role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the territory.
- Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of companys products and services across the territory to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the territory are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the territory in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the territory in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region.
- Develop each SS to manage his team of SRs towards their secondary sales performance targets and working norms
Preferred candidate profile
- A young, dynamic sales professional, around 35 years ,who holds immense track record of 8 10 years FMCG experience Rural/Urban area and had successfully worked in challenging markets/Brands
- A person who believes and demonstrated that effective reviews through data management is a Key Tool for team management.
