Role Description

The Business Development Manager - BESS Integrated Solar Projects will lead business growth initiatives, identifying and securing new opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include developing business plans, building client relationships, managing sales processes, collaborating with internal teams on project execution, and contributing to strategic decisions for market expansion. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for market evaluation and opportunity assessment
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiations
  • Proven ability in business planning and strategic decision-making
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in project management to ensure seamless execution of solar projects is a plus but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with renewable energy markets and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

1) 5-8 years work experience (minimum 2 years in BESS space)

2) Engineering graduate (Electrical preferred), MBA will be added advantage

3) Outstation Candidates will be offered guest house and food facilities (for bachelors) and option of family accommodation is also available for married candidates
