Job Description – IT Sales Executive (Telecalling / Inside Sales)
Position: Sales Executive – Calling (Inside Sales)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services & products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and handling inbound inquiries.
- Clearly explain the company's IT/ERP/Software/Automation solutions (based on Oasis offerings).
- Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the field sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and lead information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to execute campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions with the manager.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BE, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and pitching services.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software/ERP/automation industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
