What You'll Do

HR & People Operations

  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding, training, engagement, and exits.
  • Keep HR processes, payroll, and compliance smooth and organized.
  • Be the go-to person for team culture, motivation, and day-to-day people support.

Sales Team Support & QA

  • Track and monitor sales team's daily activities, calls, and target achievements.
  • Audit sales calls, CRM updates, and follow-ups to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Identify performance gaps and share feedback with team leads.
  • Support sales in hitting daily/weekly targets by ensuring accountability.

Operations & Coordination

  • Act as the link between management and the sales team for updates and reporting.
  • Organize reviews, training sessions, and team check-ins.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of both HR and sales processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, or people ops).
  • Bonus if you've supported sales teams or handled sales operations before.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
