Job Summary: As a Business Development Officer for Accounting, Tax and Payroll Services, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and increasing our market presence in the United States of America. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals in USA market.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain the companys social media presence across all platforms. Develop and execute content strategies to drive engagement, promote brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. Ensure consistent posting to keep current and prospective clients informed and engaged.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their accounting, tax, and payroll needs, providing information about our services and solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our accounting, tax and payroll services.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and financial analyses to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, and lead negotiations to close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in accounting and payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Candidates must be based in NCR.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in communication with USA clients over the phone/ emails.
