Role & responsibilities
Role purpose will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships and tie-ups with key stakeholders and businesses that align with AIS Windshield Experts' growth strategy
.Role Description The role requires building strong relationships with potential partners, negotiating agreements, and driving new business opportunities to enhance revenue and market presence.
Reporting to Business Development Manager Responsibilities HeadsKRA (Key Result Areas) Partnership Development
- Identify and evaluate potential business tie-ups with Corporates, insurance companies, fleet operators, Used cars garges, Insurance agents, Schools
- Initiate discussions and manage end-to-end partnership processes, from prospecting to finalizing agreements.
- Coordination with Area Manager to achive BD tieups
- Work closely with the operation teams to leverage partnerships for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Develop partnership-driven sales strategies to increase the reach and brand visibility of AIS Windshield Experts. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring all their requirements are met in alignment with company objectives.Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new trends, emerging markets, and potential tie-up opportunities.
Analyze competitors partnerships and market positioning to identify opportunities for strategic partnershipsReporting & Performance Tracking
Track the performance and impact of partnerships and tie-ups, reporting to senior management on key metrics.
- Ensure regular updates and reports on the status of negotiations, tie-ups, and ongoing collaborations.KnowledgeExperience:Experience in the automotive or related service industry is
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in managing partnerships and negotiating agreements.4+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or partnerships.SkillsQualification:Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
