Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive business growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and update management on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (field sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationship
