About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of business development activities, client interactions, and progress reports.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
