Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Service Associate in top Indian Multinational Company - International Voice process (US)
  • Predominantly night Shifts
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and accurate customer service
  • Handle inbound calls for US healthcare clients
  • US Shifts - 24/7, 5 days week, rotational off
  • Work Location Kolkata (Work from Office)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Undergraduate Freshers (Candidates with 6 months of BPO voice exp, presently not working can also apply)
  • General stream BA, BSC, BBA, BCOM are eligible (B-Tech/BE, MBA, and Specialised graduation stream not eligible)
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable with attention to detail.
  • Good listening and speaking skills.
  • Willingness to learn.

Age Criteria: The candidate should be between 18-30 years of age
