Job location: Goregaon East

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Trainer to handle training for internal and external partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

Train the Trainer

  • User will be required to conduct TTT for partner training teams
  • User will be responsible for effective training cascade and the training effectiveness will be measured basis before and after performance
  • Analytical and decision making skill will be needed
  • Content creation on need based training will be needed
  • Coordination with vendor teams and identifying training needs
  • Analysis of complaints, NPS detractors, etc and effective training to be given to vendor teams
  • Open to travel within Mumbai and out of Mumbai if needed
  • Regular reporting of activities done along with training throughput with vendor teams
  • Proactive in keeping the vendor teams engaged
  • Focus on result oriented trainings and measure results

Education & experience requirements:

  • Graduate or above
  • Good speaking, writing and overall communication skills
  • Experience as a trainer for at least 2 years
  • Certification in training if available

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in call center as a trainer
  • Good command over managing external vendors
