Role Overview

We're seeking a Sales Executive with proven B2B experience to drive corporate sales in the Gurugram region, targeting decision-makers in office real estate, coworking spaces, and corporate campuses.

Responsibilities

1-Research and identify potential B2B clients (architects, corporates, hotels, etc.)

2-Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms

3-Support outreach efforts through emails, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

4-Help prepare client proposals, quotes, and decks

5-Maintain lead databases (Excel or CRM) and assist in tracking conversations

6-Coordinate meetings and support the BD team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

1- Strong communication skills

2- Interest in business development, marketing, or client-facing roles

3- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic research

4- Self-motivated and organized

5 - Bonus: If you love plants, that's a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1- Number of qualified leads generated weekly

2- Number of outreach messages/calls made daily

3- Response rate from outreach

4- Number of meetings scheduled or handed over

5- Accuracy and consistency of CRM/lead sheet updates

6- Number of proposals or decks assisted with

7- Weekly competitor or market insights submitted

8- Follow-up tracking and timely communication

9- Initiative taken beyond assigned tasks

Qualifications

1- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields

2- Strong verbal and written communication skills

3- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic online research

4- Interest in sales, client relations, or B2B marketing

5- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn

6- Bonus: Passion for plants, design, or sustainability
