Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves driving new client acquisition, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the company's business growth strategies. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet business goals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business processes and market analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proactive mindset with a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience within the IT or digital marketing industry is an advantage
