Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive who can build and grow strategic partnerships, generate new leads, and close B2B opportunities across electric vehicle and industrial segments. You will be the face of Attron for our prospective customers, bridging technical capability with commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential OEMs and large customers in EV, agritech, and industrial automation sectors.

  • Conduct market research to map customer needs and align product offerings (motors, controllers, integrated drive units).

  • Lead generation through targeted outreach, events, and digital channels.

  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering and operations teams.

  • Build account-specific strategies for long-term customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Follow up on leads, coordinate trials/samples, and manage CRM pipeline.

  • Support proposal writing for strategic collaborations, joint development programs, and grant opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for delivery commitments, post-sales support, and customer feedback loop.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in EV/automotive/electronics sectors preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and sales pipeline tracking.

  • Technical understanding of electric motors, controllers, or vehicle subsystems is a strong plus.

  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) preferred.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events.
