Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective clients in the GCC region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand and communicate client needs to the delivery/recruitment team.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Representation: Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and business events.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, with a focus on the GCC market.
