Key Responsibilities

- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Representation: Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and business events.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, with a focus on the GCC market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment/staffing or IT services is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
