
Sales and Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion - Identify leads, give demos, and close deals.
- Onboarding - Guide new users through our features and ensure smooth setup.
- Customer Engagement - Stay in touch with customers, understand their problem, and build long term relationships.
- Retention & Growth - Work on renewals and upsell to existing customers.
- Feedback - Share customer feedback with Product & Engineering to shape the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Communications, or related fields).
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in SaaS, digital products, or subscription-based services.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication, empathy, and client engagement skills.
- Comfortable using CS tools, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or in-house tools).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a love for helping customers succeed.
