KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2-5 Years experience working as an Adz Amazon Specialist.
  • Own and manage Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display (and ideally DSP if relevant).
  • Create and optimize campaigns for profitability (ACOS/ROAS targets), scaling sales while keeping costs in control.
  • Conduct keyword research using Brand Analytics, Helium 10, DataDive, or similar tools.
  • Optimize bidding strategies (dynamic bidding, placement adjustments, vCPM, dayparting, etc.).
  • Perform search term analysis to identify negatives, high-performing KWs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage campaign structures (auto/manual, match types, product targeting, portfolios).
  • Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, videos, and placements.
  • Analyze ad reports, CVR, CTR, ACOS, TACOS, and new-to-brand metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Suggest and implement budget allocation strategies across campaigns and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams for A+ content, video ads, and brand creatives.
  • Stay updated on Amazon Ads policy changes, new features (e.g., vCPM, AMC, Amazon DSP), and industry benchmarks.
  • Advanced Excel skills (bulk uploads, pivot tables, bid optimization formulas).
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with ad metrics/data.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console across multiple marketplaces (US, UK, IN, EU).
  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, or third-party tools (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Sellics).
