We are hiring EA to MD
Location - Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Salary - 25k - 30k
Qualification - Min graduation / Masters/ OG/ secretarial course
Experience - 2 -5yrs
1. Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar — scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks to ensure the MD's time is used efficiently.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and documents ahead of meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence).
- Liaise with department heads, clients, and partners to ensure smooth information flow.
- Follow up on action points and deliverables from meetings.
3. Meeting & Event Management
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions.
- Record and circulate minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in planning and execution of company events, conferences, or client visits.
4. Travel & Logistics
- Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Arrange accommodation, transportation, visas, and other travel logistics.
- Prepare detailed travel packs, including meeting briefs and schedules.
5. Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee administrative processes to support the MD's office.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation systems.
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and budgeting related to the MD's office.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.
6. Strategic & Analytical Support (Optional / Senior-Level Role)
- Conduct research and prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations for decision-making.
- Assist with project management, tracking progress, and identifying key issues.
- Contribute to strategic planning, performance tracking, and internal communication.
