Executive Assistant to Director/Founder
- Location: New Delhi International Travel: Required
Hiring a young dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day operations and global engagements. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible to travel internationally at short notice.
Job Profile :
*Manage the Directors calendar, meetings & communications.
* Travel arrangements: Handle international/domestic travel. Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for the Director and family.
* Meeting coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings.
*Be the key contact for the Director.
*Accompany the Director on international business trips whenever required.
* Event planning: Organizing and coordinating events, both large and small.
Requirements:
*4–15 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
*Excellent organizational & communication skills.
*Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.
*Ability to multitask & maintain confidentiality.
*Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Male candidate is preferred.
