Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and manage new customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products/services (loans, insurance, investments, etc. depending on industry).
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.

  • Adhere to compliance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage portfolios and build trust-based relationships.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Graduate/MBA preferred (specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Finance).
  • Fluency in English and local languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹75,000.00 per month
