Job Opening: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Interiors / Construction or Relevant Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Design, Accounts, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Track and report client-related updates, feedback, and escalations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate or allied industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in handling customer objections and conflict resolution.
- Well-versed in CRM tools and follow-up practices.
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
