**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle customers, phone calls, appointments and customer communication.
- Handle walk - in customers for admissions.
- Facilitate and document admissions.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire facility.
- Responsibility to lead customer engagement initiatives to build customer relationship and retention.

**Requirements**:

- A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Previous customer care experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
- Responsible for providing excellent customer Support service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
