**Customer Relationship officer**
We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager/Executive to be responsible for providing an exemplary services to the clients and increase the business scale on the same.
The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
The role entails scaling up the Retail organization by leading account management service Solutions, cross-sell and premium customer acquisition for the branch.
It also entails developing constructive relationships with key account management and customer service.
Role will closely collaborate with Cross sell team and Product teams for the same.
This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the customer experience at the branch and deepening the relationship.
It includes working with the client to help them make the right financial decisions by providing them with information about Company products.
**Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables**
- Handling a group of key Clients providing catering exemplary services and getting a reference business
- Acting as an interface between the bank and its key customers to provide complete Banking Solutions, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management and customer servicing
- To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
- Ensuring compliance with branch SOP and control in sales and service
- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products
- Secondary Responsibilities
- List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role
- Maintain excellent relations with local dealers to help source clients to expand reach and brand of the bank
- Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its
- Implementation to improve overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to the customer
- Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in MS office is added advantage.
- Good Team Player
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Salary Ranges upto 40,000
Timings : 9:30am to 6pm
Location : Kuniamuthur
