**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (Telecaller)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Relationship Executive (Telecaller)** to join our team at Vevara. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent end-to-end support throughout their journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their order details, delivery information, and any special requests related to their orders.
- **Order Coordination**: Coordinate with our shipment partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- **Customer Support**: Provide consistent and professional support by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order confirmations, and shipment tracking details in Google Sheets and other internal systems.
- **Follow-up Communication**: Proactively follow up with customers on pending or delayed orders to keep them informed and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic office tools (Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory.
