**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Handling**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with prompt and courteous service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Itinerary Preparation**: Create detailed, customized itineraries based on customer preferences, travel requirements, and budgets. Provide recommendations for destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Lead Conversion**: Identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and providing assistance before, during, and after the trip.
- **Sales and Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by proactively engaging with leads, handling inquiries, and closing sales efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of bookings and successful trips for clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and products to offer clients the best options available.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in a customer-facing role within the tours and travels industry.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven ability to convert leads into sales and achieve sales targets.
- **Itinerary Expertise**: Experience in preparing detailed itineraries for domestic and international travel.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and operations team to ensure the success of bookings.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM tools.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
