Relationship Executive - Unsecured Business Loans

**Location**: Chennai & Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Sales Manager/Branch Manager

**Job Summary**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized business clients, assess their financing needs, and provide suitable unsecured loan solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential business clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Assess clients' business models and financing needs.
- Achieve sales targets for unsecured business loans.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Strong knowledge of unsecured business loans and financial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Knowledge of local market and business environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Extensive fieldwork and travel within the designated area.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,838.64 per month
