We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce to lead and scale our business on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minute etc. The role focuses on revenue growth, visibility, assortment planning, and strong platform relationships.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Drive sales and visibility for Glam21 across all Q-commerce platforms.
  • Manage monthly targets, promotions, pricing, and platform negotiations.
  • Ensure perfect catalog hygiene and timely launch of new products.
  • Maintain the right assortment and push hero SKUs for higher conversions.
  • Reduce OOS (Out of stock) by coordinating with supply chain/Operations team.
  • Track dashboards daily—sales, visibility slots, ratings, inventory.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and competitor insights.
  • Handle platform claims, payouts, and finance reconciliations.

Required Skill:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience with Q- Commerce platform is must.
  • Strong understanding of Q-commerce operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minute etc.
  • Experience with promo planning, pricing strategy, and discount management.
  • Hands-on experience with catalog creation, content optimization, and keyword mapping.
