Job Title: Executive Secretarial

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC) with a strong presence across India, offering a diverse range of financial products and services. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Office at Edappally as an Executive Secretarial Department.
The Executive Secretarial will assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and supporting board and committee activities. The role requires someone who has completed the CS Executive Programme and has a sound understanding of corporate laws, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns, forms, and documents with ROC, RBI, and other regulatory authorities.
- Support in convening and organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and regulatory bodies for compliance matters.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, compliance certificates, and other secretarial documents.
- Monitor timelines for statutory filings and ensure adherence to compliance schedules.
- Support in drafting resolutions, agreements, and correspondences related to corporate governance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Semi-qualified Company Secretary completed CS Executive Programme (Professional Programme in progress or planned).
- Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role (freshers who have completed CS Executive may also apply).
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and NBFC compliance framework.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; familiarity with MCA portal and online filings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Remuneration:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
