Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting financial and operational projects, contributing to research, data analysis, and project execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ratio, trend, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and implement financial and business projects.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to generate actionable insights from financial data.
  • Create and manage financial dashboards and periodic reports to monitor key metrics and performance.
  • Participate in research activities to support internal initiatives and client projects.
  • Contribute to training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: ACCA/CMA-USA/CA-part qualified or any other relevant degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years+ in a financial or analytical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho or QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
