Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Associate Manager. The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and marketing teams, ensuring smooth project execution from inception to delivery. Day-to-day tasks include project management, team leadership, quality control, and facilitating communication between teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Project management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in app development and digital product management
- Experience in marketing strategies, engagement, and growth tactics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
