As an BPO Associate, you will be responsible for initiating and managing acquisition-related communications with businesses and individuals across the UK, Germany, Ireland, and Canada. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and a smart, professional approach. You'll play a key part in securing valuable opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Initiate and maintain communication with potential acquisition targets across multiple regions.

* Build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

* Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions.

* Collaborate with internal departments to align acquisition strategies with company goals.

* Maintain detailed records of outreach and communications.

* Represent the company with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

*Requirements:*

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

* Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
