About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Project Associate Interns. The role offers hands-on experience in project implementation, field coordination, and community engagement. Candidates will have opportunities to participate in field visits, support project documentation, and contribute to day-to-day operations.

Successful interns demonstrating commitment and performance will be considered for a permanent position upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of field activities.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor and support ongoing project initiatives.
  • Collect data, prepare reports, and document field observations.
  • Engage with community members, stakeholders, and local authorities during project activities.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the project team.
  • Participate in review meetings and contribute to project assessments and evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any degree (UG/PG) or pursuing/completed MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred.
  • Freshers or candidates looking to gain hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits as required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
