Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated mid-level Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. As a full-time member of Sharayu Hyundai, you will play a key role in driving sales, engaging with prospective customers, and contributing to our ongoing reputation for customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) - ability to build, nurture, and manage long-term customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the buying process.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) - expertise in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business leads via various channels to maximize sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) - proven capability in proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate interest and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge - strong familiarity with Hyundai vehicles, features, and specifications enabling informed and persuasive communication with clients.
- Negotiation - adept at negotiating terms, prices, and packages to meet both customer expectations and company objectives while maintaining positive relationships.
- Sales Forecasting - experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to project future sales and help set achievable targets for the team.
- Market Research - ability to gather and assess information about competitors, market demand, and evolving customer preferences in the automotive sector.
- Test Drive Coordination - skilled in organizing and overseeing test drives efficiently, ensuring an excellent experience that assists clients in their purchase decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the complete sales process from initial enquiry to delivery of Hyundai vehicles.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through techniques such as cold calling, digital outreach, and showroom walk-ins to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback using CRM systems to ensure personalized and consistent service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, leveraging deep product knowledge to address customer queries and highlight unique selling points.
- Negotiate sales offers, pricing, and financing options, ensuring a win-win outcome for both customers and the dealership.
- Coordinate and manage customer test drives, ensuring safety protocols are followed and each experience is informative and positive.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals and uphold Sharayu Hyundais reputation for top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, changing automotive trends, and new Hyundai product launches for effective market positioning.
