Job Opportunity: Bench Sales Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to lead our sales efforts in the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and engage high-caliber consultants for various IT projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with consultants to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in US IT Bench Sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
