Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities for our SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the SaaS industry, B2B sales, and enterprise client engagement. This role requires excellent communication, relationship building, and strategic thinking skills to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the SaaS / B2B space.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development in the SaaS / B2B industry.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products, subscription models, and the software industry ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
