Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate revenue growth and expand business opportunities for our SaaS and B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in SaaS sales, enterprise client acquisition, and B2B business development. This role demands exceptional communication, relationship management, and strategic sales skills to identify prospects, build strong client partnerships, and successfully close high-value business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities in B2B / SaaS / IT sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Work with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to create effective sales plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking platforms.
- Update and maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and weekly business forecasts.
Key Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in SaaS, IT solutions, or B2B industry.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products, subscription models, IT solutions, and enterprise sales.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, client relationship management, and negotiations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
