
Business Development Manager

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential
clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients
through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and
digital outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients while developing new relationships to
expand our client portfolio.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling
and customized proposals that address the unique needs of clients and
demonstrate the agency's capabilities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually
beneficial agreements are reached, and contracts are successfully closed.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and relevant forums to
represent the agency, build brand awareness, and establish connections
within the PR and business communities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and Marketing teams to align
business development strategies with the agency's overall objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
field.
- Proven track record of successful business development in the PR or related
industry.
Must have experience with PR sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing Personality and ability to handle sales within defined guidelines.
Good PR, Social, and Networking Skills to enhance the customer base
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
