We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Area Sales Manager (LFS Store Operations) based at Head Office - Kolkata
, to oversee the Operations/ Sales of LFS location's daily , focusing on efficiency, profitability, and customer experience by managing staff, inventory, and operational processes to meet sales goals and company standards. Key duties include staff development, inventory management, implementing visual merchandising, and analyzing performance data to optimize operations and boost sales.
Role Requirement:
- Education:
MBA/PGDM is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in LFS Store Operation management. - Industry Exposure:
Must have working experience in Textile/Fashion & Apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.
- Inventory & Supply Chain:
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with partner warehouse team to ensure timely product replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement operational procedures, optimize store processes.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high service quality to foster loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising:
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the overall store presentation is excellent.
- Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product assortment, promotional activities, and overall performance.
Skills:
- Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional skills in providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions for business improvement.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and other departments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and solve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
