Enterprise Sales Manager – FMCG Solutions

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the growth of our AI-powered FMCG platform. This hybrid position involves leading a high-performing sales team, executing strategic sales initiatives, and managing key enterprise accounts. The role blends remote flexibility with on-ground client engagement and offers competitive compensation, performance incentives, and travel reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to build a strong, target-driven sales team
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration within the FMCG industry
- Performance Oversight: Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and guide the team to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring accurate CRM forecasting
- Client Management: Support major opportunities, lead key negotiations, and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and consistently meet revenue goals
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and process-driven approach to sales execution
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
