FMCG Business Development Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to support our expansion in the FMCG sector. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and experienced in managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential FMCG clients such as retailers, manufacturers, and distributors through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Lead the full sales process, including discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
- Stay informed about market trends to confidently communicate platform value.
- Travel when needed for client meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure complete visibility of all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or any client-facing role.
- Strong ability to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and modern sales workflows.
