As we expand our India operations, we’re looking for a seasoned Account / Customer Development Manager to manage and grow key UK accounts, focusing on commercial performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Purpose of the Role The Account / Customer Development Manager will be responsible for managing centralized and key UK accounts end-to-end — ensuring seamless coordination between commercial, operations, and logistics teams. This role demands strong account ownership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the FMCG or related industries. Key Responsibilities - Own & Grow Key Accounts: Manage strategic UK accounts from onboarding to delivery and aftersales. - Drive Commercial Excellence: Negotiate and implement commercial agreements that deliver profitability and sustainable growth. - Expand Product Portfolio: Identify opportunities to introduce new SKUs and categories within existing customer bases. - Lead NPDs: Coordinate New Product Development and range expansion from concept to launch. - Build Client Relationships: Foster trust-based partnerships through proactive communication and reliable execution. - Operational Leadership: Oversee order flow, logistics coordination, delivery schedules, and payment cycles. - Business Insights: Track sales data, forecast trends, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
