Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager with a focus on the FMCG sector for a full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in product management and a strong background in managing product lifecycles, understanding market dynamics, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a product manager in the FMCG industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Agile Methodologies, allowing for efficient product development and adaptability to changes.
  • Expertise in Market Research to identify industry trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Skilled in managing the Product Lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring product relevance.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across various departments.
  • Experience using Consumer Insight Tools to gather data-driven insights for informed decision making.
  • Adept at formulating and executing Go-to-Market Strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management to optimize product availability and cost efficiency.
