Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for FMCG cosmetic products, with a strong focus on talcum powder. Will lead product positioning, marketing campaigns, innovation initiatives, and market expansion strategies, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives in domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans for talcum powder category in particular, and cosmetics in general.
  • Lead new product development, packaging design, and positioning strategies for target markets.
  • Drive consumer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns, including digital, retail, and influencer marketing.
  • Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product launches.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • 610 years' experience in FMCG brand management, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Must have handled talcum powder products in past roles.
  • Experience in new product launches, packaging development, and category growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of FMCG consumer behavior and retail channels.
  • Proven expertise in cosmetics product marketing, especially powders.
  • Creative thinking and ability to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
