Video Strategist
who can translate our brand essence into compelling visual stories that connect with millions of consumers across India.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute a
    video content strategy
    for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and script engaging content that reflects
    Asoka-T's heritage and freshness
    .
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams for campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage video production from ideation to publishing — coordinating shoots, reels, and product visuals.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) to refine content strategy.
  • Stay ahead of video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads).

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    video strategy, digital marketing, or creative direction
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    storytelling for FMCG / D2C brands
    .
  • Experience in
    planning and optimizing video campaigns
    .
  • Basic knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and a pulse on Indian consumer trends.
