**FMCG Sales and Marketing Executive**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our FMCG team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring product visibility in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients and partners.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

**Marketing**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities, in-store activations, and product sampling campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for brand-building initiatives and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage product displays, branding materials, and ensure proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Gather market insights, analyse consumer behaviour, and suggest product development ideas.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing or a related sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of distribution networks and retail dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork/travel as required.
