Company Overview Veda Bharath Natural Food Products Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in high-quality natural food products rooted in Indias rich heritage of wellness and nutrition Our mission is to bring healthy chemical-free and sustainable food choices to every household Join our team and be part of a brand that stands for purity tradition and trust Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to support our growing retail and distribution channels The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales expanding market reach and ensuring product visibility and availability across retail outlets and distributors Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers distributors and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management Ensure timely order booking invoicing and follow-up for payments Conduct in-store merchandising and ensure product visibility and proper shelf space Gather market intelligence including competitor activities pricing and promotional trends Participate in promotional activities product demonstrations and sampling campaigns Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate for timely replenishment Prepare and submit daily weekly monthly sales reports Represent the brand professionally and uphold the companys values in all client interactions Key Requirements Minimum Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Proven experience in FMCG sales or retail preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and customer service abilities Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in local language s and basic computer skills MS Office email etc Preferred Skills Experience working with natural or organic food products Existing network of retailers or distributors in the FMCG space Understanding of consumer behavior in the health and wellness segment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a passionate team in a growing company Exposure to a fast-paced purpose-driven work environment WalkIn Interview If interested you can come for a walk-in Interview on 05th July 2025 at Veda Bharath Natural Food Products Pvt Ltd - 2nd floor Regent square building Wipro Circle Rd Gowlidoddy Hyderabad Telangana 500075
