We're seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that fuel company growth in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop sales plans to achieve company goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Market Research and Analysis*: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the FMCG sector.
  • *Business Development*: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • *Sales Strategy*: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • *Client Relationship Management*: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • *Team Collaboration*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business goals and drive growth.
  • *Reporting and Forecasting*: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools

*Desired Skills:*

  • MBA or relevant certifications in sales or agro-business
  • Experience in strategic planning, client management, and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
