Role Overview:
We’re seeking a polished, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead sales for **The Madurai Cafe’s breakfast/tiffin offerings** and **Avinya Highland Harvest products**. This role demands **direct customer engagement** across apartments, corporate offices (especially IT/software companies), residential societies, and event catering. Your multilingual prowess (English, Telugu, Hindi), charm, and strategic thinking will be key to building loyalty and hitting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Promote **The Madurai Cafe’s** daily breakfast/tiffin subscriptions and **Avinya Highland Harvest** products through door-to-door sales, tastings, and demos.
- Target direct customers, apartment complexes, software companies, and event planners for bulk orders or catering partnerships.

2. **Brand Ambassadorship**:

- Represent **The Madurai Cafe** and **Avinya Highland Harvest** with professionalism and enthusiasm at all interactions.
- Conduct on-ground promotions, food sampling sessions, and product showcases to drive trial and subscriptions.

3. **Client & Community Engagement**:

- Build relationships with apartment associations, HR teams (for corporate catering), and event organizers to secure recurring orders.
- Customize meal plans or product bundles for societies/offices based on their needs.

4. **Event Catering Coordination**:

- Manage end-to-end catering inquiries for **The Madurai Cafe**, ensuring seamless execution for weddings, corporate events, and festivals.

5. **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content (reels, testimonials) in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Distribute promotional material (flyers, vouchers) to boost visibility.

6. **Market Insights**:

- Gather feedback to refine menus, pricing, and product offerings for both brands.

Qualifications.
- **Languages**: Fluent in **English, Telugu, and Hindi** (spoken and written).
- **Appearance**: Presentable, well-groomed, and exuding confidence.
- **Communication**: Persuasive, articulate, and skilled in relationship-building.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in FMCG, food sales, or D2C roles. Freshers with exceptional drive may apply.
- **Mobility**: Willing to travel locally; own vehicle preferred.
